If you have stumbled upon this blog, then you are most welcome. This blog isn't actually open to the public yet because I'm still working on it. Why is it here and why is there an archive almost a year old I hear you ask?! All the posts you see here have been imported from my other blog An Irish Craftworkers Good Life where I intended to showcase the process of my crafts. Aspects of our life in general are naturally mentioned and I received such a huge and positive response regarding the way we live our eco conscious lifestyle that my husband and I have decided to launch a blog dedicated to that topic. I have started the process by importing all the relevant posts from my other blog over here. In fact, we have even decided to offer workshops and courses to others, so that you don't have to make the mistakes we did when you take those steps towards living your dream too! Whether your efforts to live sustainably are within the confines of a city or the wilds of the rural countryside, there are fruit and vegetables you can grow, and ways of changing your lifestyle that will help. We will show you how.
I hope to launch this blog in a week or two. In the meantime feel free to root around and windowshop. Don't mind me, I'll just be tweaking the categories, fine tuning the About pages, adding blogrolls, and putting more information such as dates to the various courses on offer.
Congratulations, Rebecca on this new venture...or perhaps an extension of your other venture...or perhaps not even a venture, but rather letting us have a glimpse into your family's endeavours to reduce your economic footprint on this earth! I applaud you for taking the time—a precious commodity—to maintain TWO blogs so that we, who don't have the opportunity at present to live such a life, may share in it.
